I have an international extra 'Travel Inclusive' which is valid until 2025. I have just arrived in the USA and my phone is showing 'SOS' only. I have never had a problem with this in the past and travel with work a lot.
I'm quite desperate as I'm here for 2 weeks and need it.
Thanks in advance for any help! I can't get hold of o2, they haven't responded to my virtual chat and I can't call them.

These are some tips to try, @Maddie5:
- Reboot phone.
- Manually search for a different network
- For iPhone, change data apn to mobile.o2.co.uk
- Call customer service to check for any roaming bars
- Or if you message O2 using the social media links below, they should be able to help you with this
- Bear in mind US networks throttle roaming users to 500kbps, so not great while you are on the road away from a source of WiFi.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
