my chip is new i put 20£ of credit on 02/09 it ended up on the internet and the credits

I put 15£ yesterday and activated a new plan and I have no internet on my phone

I would like to know what's going on

If you are on the £20 tariff you need to top up with £20 to activate your new bundle.

You can only switch to the £15 tariff by changing it in your MyO2 which is allowed once per month.
