I cant hear callers but they hear me. If I ring them back all is fine and each party can hear.

When I answer a phone call, I cant hear callers but they hear me.

If I ring them back all is fine and each party can hear.

Restarted phone again yesterday to see if it made any difference, but just happened again just now.

On an up to date Pixel 6 phone.

Switched from Three a couple of months ago.

Can you try your sim in another phone for a few days @ThatHospitalGuy ?
That would help work out if the issue is with your phone or your sim.

If not, you can try asking for a replacement sim from customer services or a local store (depending on which is easier).
