I've recently transferred my number to O2 from Three and phone dials out but can only receive calls and texts from O2 numbers. Tried customer services and they are clueless trying to insist there is a phone mast down. Any ideas?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
