I called a 0844 number by accident and was charged 4 quid

 As the title says I dialed a 0844 number without realizing it had a 60 p charge on the call and it was £4 on my bill that's why I liked gifgaff so much as it never charged for these calls it was inclusive in your minutes is their any way for me to block calls that are outside my plan

Yes you can call O2 and ask them to block Premium numbers on your account. Also a block to all Direct to bill Debits (Charge to Mobile)
