Hi I got a huawei Y6 contract for my daughter in february 2020, she has been complaining that it is gliching.  When she is using the phone her applications keep closing down or opening up new ones, the volume is going up and down and she said that google assist keeps popping up when she hasnt asked it to.  Can I do anything with the phone or can I bring it to o2 to help? thanks

@KateR

You could try backing it up and doing a factory reset.

If that doesn't help, take it to your local O2 store and they will check it for you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You're welcome @KateR

A factory reset will sort it if a software conflict.
