How to transfer an esim to a new iPhone?

I have an iPhone 12 with a SIM and am contacting O2 to transfer to an esim. When it comes to move to a new iPhone how do I move my esim to my new iPhone?

You need to get a new esim pack and then do a sim swap to the new esim. 

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this or pop into an o2 shop with photo ID.
