Best to contact the Payment Management Team direct

You can reach the team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

It seems you will need to contact O2 customer services, we don't have access to customer accounts here. 

If you have an airtime and device plan then you will need to cancel your contract. Contact customer support and get their advice:
