How to change a voucher

Hi there,

My name is Valentin Gotea, just got on Friday my S21 Ultra, and with the whole package I also have a voucher with £150 if I want to order a new phone, the voucher says it is available with a buy back, but I can change it with a normal voucher where I do not need to use the buy back system, can anyone help me ? Cause I want to use it in March, to buy my wife a phone too. Thank you.

PS: I also managed to complete the claim for the pro buds and smart tag.

Just use the voucher code when you complete checkout for the new phone.

But check the expiry date on the voucher so it doesn't end before you buy the new phone.
