I spoke to o2 on Friday, i've recently moved from Business to Consumer, I spoke to an advisor last Friday, he advised it would take 48 hours for my number to transfer over.
My old phone stopped working on the saturday afternoon, my new phone is still not working, can't call 202 as i don't have a working mobile
