Hello!
I know tier zero support wants you to find answers yourself, even the chat bot sends one back to a contact us page where there doesn't seem to be a way to send a message to o2.. is there a tier 1 message functionality so ask a question online or does a customer need to visit the store 😞
Any help / link to ask a question about my o2 account would be appreciated,

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (or specific Payment management number -0800 902 0217 )
