You need a parental control app off your app store.

You can also turn off your wifi to limit wifi access.

We have Android phones, so use the Family Link app from Google to control what she can/can't do on her phone and how long she can spend on it @Sibs100 

I would imagine there would be a similar thing for iPhones, but no clue what it is.
