I recently applied for a new contract on O2, however shortly after I finished the online application the website took me to an error page reading ‘looks like something went wrong’.
im not sure wether or not my order is confirmed, however I have received an email reading ‘Thanks for your order - it's now full steam ahead at our end.
We'll process your order as quick as we can, so it will be in your hands
before you know it. And if you're itching for updates (which we're sure
you are), keep an eye on your inbox for news of when it's landed in our
store. We'll also give you all the collection details so you can pop in
and pick up.’
