Hello friends. I'm a truck driver and I'm constantly in and out of England. I bought my O2 line 3 days ago, I used it in England without any problems, but when I switch to Europe, it cuts off the Internet connection, what could be the reason? thanks

Some things to try:
1 - Reboot phone. (or toggle airplane mode).
2 - Manually search for a different network
3 - If using an iPhone, change data apn to "mobile.o2.co.uk"
4 - Turn off 4g (use 3g)
5 - Check with O2 for any roaming bars.
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
