A paind my outstanding balance from last month along with my today bill and I am still not connected thats been 5 days use are quick to cut me off and demand payments if a miss a bill well a would like connected ASAP as u are in breach of contract as my bill is up to date

@Paulmcmorran198 It can take 48 hours for any overdue payment to reach O2's account. As you hadn't paid your bill until recently you need to check that any bars put on your account have been removed.
