My daughter has had no signal for ages says no sim

There is a sim

Anyway got a new sim, but can't swap as it has to send s txt and obv can't get a txt as no signal...

How do I sort this out?

Same ive had no signal from day 1 it just says not registered on network, ive asked for my services to be terminated free of charge so i can go elsewhere since they cant provide me with what i pay for, O2 say i can use wifi calling so theres nothing they can do about a cancellation, absolute SCAM
