I took out a contract on Friday, I received all my legal documents through email and what I believe was a confirmation email. I also paid £9.99 for Saturday morning delivery.
I have had no emails or update since Friday morning. Why?

Did you open/read all of the email about the new contract @Jane55?
Some of those would need to have a read status against them (or the links in them) so that the contract would be "signed" by yourself.
If you need to find out what is going on then you would be best calling customer services - there are some numbers to try (including freephone 0800) and hints on getting through in the guides linked below:
