So yesterday I changed my tariff from the £15 bundle to the £20 bundle. I had a text to confirm this change. I then topped up from my original £10, an addition £20 to make £30 in order to purchase this bundle. I then received a text saying that the £15 bundle had been purchased… even though I changed my tariff to the £20 and it will expire on the 20th of November. I then tried to use my data today and it didn’t work, I went onto my O2 account and it said I had £11 credit and then a text to say I didn’t have sufficient money to buy the £20 bundle… where has my money gone??
