Hi could someone please point me to the the right place or person I submitted my pac code to o2 on Friday morning last week 6th an I waited up until Tuesday 10th before rining customer service about it, the lad I spoke to said nothing had been submitted abd took my pack code again and resubmitted it and said it would be done by 6pm that day as I rang first thing in the morning, my old number with three has since gone off, but it hasn't cone over to my new o2 account as of yet and it's now 12th bit worried as I've had this number for over 15 years, any help will be much appreciated
