im having an issue since this morning with my phone. Can’t make no calls and if anyone calls me, it’s unknown number. Help please

It seems like O2 are having some issues this morning.

My best advise would be the social media team or a live chat to see if there’s anything they can do.

Out of curiousity are you on an iPhone or android?
