I got this message this morning-
O2: We're all set to move your number to us today. It'll be completed by 6pm. When your phone stops working, turn it off and on to get it up and running.
Midday the number i wanted to keep that was in Lebara stopped working. Its now nearly 9pm and my number not arrived on my o2 phone ??

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
But be aware ports can take 24 hours to complete, and remember to keep turning your phone on and off..

Hello why do i have to keep starting phone. Im using the phone with the o2 sim in. Surely it will stop working when my number changes, then restart to use my ported number .ie like my old phone that had my lebara sim in .

Correct @Dave26
Chase it up with O2 as something should have happened by now.
