Hi

My headphones no longer fit into the socket on the phone. They used to fit fine but now do not. It is a standard headphone socket. I had tried my headphones on other devices and they fit fine and I have tried other headphones on my phone and habe the same problem.

Not sure what I can do about this?

@David231

Is the headphone socket blocked with fluff? You could try gently cleaning with a cocktail stick or similar. If this doesn't work, then you need to send or take it for repair.

Unless it's under warranty?

@David231

Check carefully inside your headphone socket as I'd guess some foreign object is stuck in there.

I figured something was stuck inside it.

Couldn't be anything else from your description wink
