Not sure what phone you have? If it's an iphone then you need the iData bolt on. You need to speak to O2. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

You can use your old sim card or do a sim swap to activate the new sim you were sent Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update
