Hi Everyone totally confused got a random text from 901 telling me my account Is locked for 30 mins. anyone know why?

no one has tried to ring me like

This is pure speculation on my part, but I wonder whether you might be in the process of being moved to the new billing system ? 

 

You will need to contact O2's Customer Service on 202 or via social media if you want to find out for sure :-

I had one the other day saying my number was going to be disconnected in 2 hours......

Just ignore it.
