Google pixel pro 7 all calls are showing unknown how do I fix this? Tried the call screen tog in settings but still no change.

Hi Breanna,
I've been having the exact same issue since switching my O2 Sim to e-sim on my Google Pixel 7a in June 2023. Tried everything (disabling WiFi Callign, 4G calling, checking caller ID settings, changing mobile plan, new e-sim, etc.)
Since 13 June, I tried contacting the team on this platform (@O2Sarah-) and went to the store - everytime they say the engineering team will look at it in "5-10 business days" but then nothing happens.

Regretfully the team has been withdrawn from the Community leaving only us customers
You will need to keep on pestering O2

Nice one, O2. Anyone who found a workable solution? Seems multiple people experienced this issue (not resolved by disabling 4g / WiFi calling, renewing SIM)

Recent advice shows you have to contact O2 and ask them to add the CLI presentation facility bolt onto your My O2 account. (CLI = Calling Line Identity)
