Galaxy watch 3 stuck on rebooting mode

My watch is stuck on the galaxy watch 3 start-up screen when switched on, I have tried the obvious hard reset with the two buttons, tried all the options in the reboot menu, etc. No matter what I do, it stays stuck on the Galay watch 3 boot up screen
