Hey guys. I'm getting no help from the O2 Support pages as they dont seem to have any knowledge base on the watch yet. Also they seem to have disabled the Chat feature.
Anyway, I've got the Galaxy Watch 4 Classic. When it arrived it came with the E-Sim QR code which I scanned and it said sim activated.
But I cant make calls or get a connection on it.
(I'd like to change the sim to me phones number aswell but thats a secondary issue)
Does anyone know how to check that the sim is active or to "re-activate" it so that I can use the LTE/4G on the watch?
Many thanks in advance and hope you are all well.
Duncan

Also be careful it doesn't cancel your phone contract like it did mine yesterday. I had 160gb plan on my phone and when I bought the watch with esim it cancelled that plan and put me on the watch 1gb plan . Now paying for calls etc . Had to set up a new account etc

this is from nearly a year ago. Is it still correct?
I got mailed an e-sim, went through the setup process. the watch says "not provisioned for voice" and doesn't appear in step 7
thanks for any help (O2 are clueless!)
