Solved: Full 4g signal but no internet

When I’m in areas with a good 4g internet signal showing on my phone I’m unable to get online. Whatever site I try to go to it tells me the server isn’t responding. My son is on o2 and gets online in the same places no probs. It’s driving me insane because often the only way I can get online is to find a restaurant/bar with Wi-Fi.

4g may not be enabled on your account.

Try switching to 3g in your network settings.

If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
