I have paid £10 for my monthly tariff on the 28/01/2024, on using my mobile data i discovered that it has gone, along with my bundle... so not only they taking money and not providing a service but you call the "helpline" and you get some cheap labour advisor that you cannot understand, and they have no record of it, such an utter joke...

You need to contact O2.
