Flashing faulty phone

Hi

My phone screen has started flashing. Can't switch it off, can't access the screen. CVlicked on 'Help' and 'faulty device' on here - and it has text me a code to me, erm, faulty device, that I can't access, before I can get help for a faulty device!

Before I mention how utterly ridiculous it is that 02 don't seem to have real humans you can talk to anymore - could anyone advise on the faulty flashing phone?

You don't say what phone you have but holding the power button for a long time can help some phones reboot.

If it's an iPhone press volume up then volume down first, if it's android, hold volume down at the same time.
