Hi

I am due to return my iPhone for repair and have read O2’s prep page but it does not answer the questions I have. I hope someone can help.

Can I back up and reset my phone before returning it for repair (faulty camera)

Or at the very least sign out of my apple account.

Yes, back up before, sign out of your account, disable find my iPhone and reset the phone for your security.
