I have received an overseas call twice, on different days saying something like my N/I number has been used unlawfully and I should press 1 to continue. Who do I report this to ?  Is it 02 who I pay my bills to or British Telecom ?  Somehow I cannot now see the number that called me on my mobile phone. I would appreciate any advise. Thank you Angela
