Faint Black Lines

I have a Google pixel 6pro for about 2 months now. Recently, I've been noticing some faint black lines and a square on the screen when it's dark. This has started to become slightly noticeable on the home screen as well. I've done a soft reset and over the weekend a full factory reset but they are still there. Has anyone experienced this and/or give me some advice? I'm thinking of contacting O2 as like I said, it's a new phone and only done a contract upgrade recently
