Extend ring time

Hi. Samsung S22+. I have tried the suggestions previously i.e. turn off voicemail and dial **61*901*11*…# to extend my ring time but it doesn’t work. The MMI code starts but fails.  Any further ideas please

Try again having turned off WiFi and selected 3G/ 2G in network types

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

Had the same problem on my Samsung using Vodafone. It seems to come up a lot on Samsung forums.

Surprisingly, one day it worked after setting the time to 25 seconds 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Enlli tried your suggestion of 25seconds using all different network types, so frustrating just not working.

Experimenting on an S20+ with an O2 SIM...no joy either. And I've set dozens over the years

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

@Bambino  I’m still waiting for a response from Samsung, but their support site said to contact the service provider. I’ve set this on previous Samsung/O2 phones but the S22+ is just a no go!
