My ex came to the o2 shop and I paid the remainder of the device in store and put 1000 towards a new device. It’s still within the 14 days . He has barred my outgoing calls and is trying to get a refund. How do I stop this . The lady in the shop saw me give him the money and it will show I deposited the 1000 to his account

@Jo11 Your post is very confusing. Whose name is on the account? If it's your exes account and you paid £1000 into it, even if someone saw you give him the money, or it shows that the payment came from you there's nothing you can do. It sounds like you've been conned.

This is a customer community with no access to anyone's account. You'll need to contact customer service, but I doubt there's anything they can do if it's not your account.

Call 0344 809 0202 or 0800 032 1402 from any phone or numbers here: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
