For one month all my incoming calls are showing as NO ID CALL, even my saved contacts. It is. Wry frustrating when you miss a NO ID CAll because you cannot call them back. My phone was losten,  then in my new phone I put a new SIM card and since then I have this problem, I changed three SIM cards and have an eSIM and the same problem. I tried all the SIM cards in other IPhones and the same problem.
I reset the network, I turn on and off the SHOW THE ID Calls. And the same problem.
I called many many times to O2 and they never do nothing.  They just  say someone will call you. Nobody has called me in one month, and the same problem. They don’t even replay the live chat. They just send a text that they are very busy. Very disappointed with the customer service. This is quite frustrating. They don’t give me any solution. I don’t know what to do? If I changed to other carrier they will punished paying more than £100 for a contract that finished in June.

@Jannna

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
