I have a new sim (same number). Now activated and all seems good except that all calls I receive are 'caller unknown' even when numbers are in my contacts. What do I need to change? Thanks

@PravinUnfortunately you need to contact O2 as we dont have the advisors here now.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 (Contract) OR 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), hopefully they should be able to help.

You will need to persist with O2, either via 202 or via Social Media at the link just below this post, @MartinIP.
Sometimes this can be rectified by disabling WiFi Calling at your end, but more often than not it needs O2 to reset some setting on your account to do with CLI, which nobody here on the Forum can do. Good luck!

I have the same issue since my old Samsung has been stolen and I bought new device Honor 70, order new sim card replacement and now I am receiving all incoming calls as "Unknown" even if saved on my Contacts. Went to few O2 stores in London and been few times with O2 customer service and yet the problem persists. Please someone look at my issue as soon as possible. Waiting to hear from you.
Thanks

I'm afraid this is a community of members like yourself, so no-one from O2 will see your message here. Your account probably needs resetting by a network disconnection.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 202 (Contract) 4445 or 0344 809 222 (PAYG)
Or you can message O2 on social media on Instagram https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW).

If all of your incoming call numbers are displayed as unknown, insert your SIM card into another working device and check if the issue persists. This will hopefully enable you to narrow it down to a SIM or a handset problem.
If it is the latter, the caller ID display feature may not be enabled ?

We know there is only 1 fix for this.
Getting O2 to do it is the difficult bit.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
