Even after auto renewal of tariff still everytime by end of the month it unnecessarily consumes the top up amount as balance & don’t activate the tariff plan.

now also i topped it up with £10 it still utilised it as balance amount & asking me to recharge again.

i am extremely fed up with the o2 app & it’s service.

Rolling plans renew from a registered card, not top ups.

If you don't have a registered card you will be converted to a big bundle which uses your top up.
