My eSIM won’t transfer to my new phone

You will need to either get O2 Customer Services to send a new one to MyO2 (assuming you can log in) or call into an O2 store with photo ID 

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can't just transfer an eSim @Hc17 - as @Enlli mentions you need a new QR code to load it to your new phone
