i was having issues with the mobile data when i upgraded my apple watch, so i asked for O2 to cancel existing plan so i can purchase a new one, BUT when i tried to do this i kept getting error 10. O2 customer service is as useful as a chocolate teapot, the lies they were coming out with was unbelievable, Go into a store they can sort it, hmm no they cant, its because you tried to add mobile data more than 4 times - No its not, its because we need to wait for your old plan to cancel again NO ITS NOT.

O2 customer service is a JOKE. i went into an O2 store and he explained the issue, all O2 need to do is reset the e sim, and yet it takes forever for them to even grasp the issue. BRING BACK the O2 guru's in store and get rid of the out sourced customer service. 

has anyone managed to resolve this issue??????????
