Error code 0 can't send message with o2

I can't send a text message from my Samsung A33 to my friends Nokia phone. I get Can't send message with O2 error 0. She can text me but I cannot reply or send to her.

Open the messages app and in the settings check for blocked numbers, see if her number is there.
