Hi
i have an Apple Watch ultra brought through O2
it came pre paired to my iPhone but since getting have not been able to access cellular
have reset the device today and removed data plan from watch to hopefully reconnect and resolve
the watch has set up fine but when I go to the set up cellular O2 gives me an error code 14
reading on here this needs an Esim reset which I have tried to explain to customer service but they are having none of it.
can someone help me please as currently I am paying for the data package but not able to connect it
