Enabling WiFi calling

Hi, I have been trying for hours to enable WiFi calling on my device but I receive and error message saying I need to contact o2. I have found various notes online which says go to my o2, device detail but there isn’t this option?! Help! J have iPhone 11 Pro Max latest software updated

Also take a look at this to see if the steps for activating wifi calling have been carried out

 

In Myo2 as you scroll down there is an a section that should say manage your account, under this header you may need to click "view all" you should see a section that says Your Device and under there Device connection, if yoiu click on that you should see the option for Wifi and 4G calling.
