I’ve just moved to O2 and since changing over from virgin mobile I am unable to receive calls from virgin two of which are my emergency contacts both ways.
I haves spoken to support numerous times, had phone resets and even ended up with my sim being cancelled and without a phone for 24hrs!
I visited one of your shops and got a new sim on the number I brought over with me, but still unable to receive calls from virgin mobile… I can call them!
I see online through various communities and sites this is a regular occurrence, but not yet found a solution.
please help or I will have to leave again and go elsewhere so they can contact me 😭😭
