Hi! I noticed yesterday that I am unable to make or receive calls and send or receive texts (Samsung S23 Ultra).
I have tried resetting my connections, connecting manually and automatically, changing my connection, restarting my phone. Nothing is working. I've only had this phone for a month, I'm at a loss and very stressed out. Please help!

@Raaanon You can check here to see if there is an outage in your area: O2 | Service Status
If it's showing that there isn't a problem it may be that your sim card has failed. If you have an O2 store nearby you can call in and they will issue you with a new one. Be sure to bring identification with you.
If you can't get to an O2 store you can reach O2 via social media:
