I have an embedded sim in my iPhone 11 and am looking at buying an iPhone 13.  How do they transfer the embedded sim to the new phone?

You will need to get a new eSim pack from O2 and complete a sim swap Guide: Sim Swap: a mini guide 2017 update

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Thanks for your quick reply.  So I presume I will have to go into an O2 shop to get this?

Either in store or by calling O2 to send you one out.
