Hello,
I am trying to get in contact with somebody to ask for some help. At the beginning of the month, I cancelled my number with O2 because I have moved out of the UK. A few days ago, I was sent an email claiming that I have a bill that is overdue and I will be charged more if I don't pay within the next four days since I received that email. How is it possible if I have not used my account this whole month??
I have tried also accesing my MyO2 account, but it asks for my number so that they can send me a message. How can I access it if I don't have an active number anymore?

You need to call O2.
All numbers are in this guide
You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call
