Email for o2

I am from UK but currently in Africa. Phone stolen, Luckily I have a spare.

I cannot call o2.

The "robot" cannot answer a question.

My queries:

1. Can I email o2 and if so how? I did the "complaints" procedure to try and notify them of the loss and cancel the sim. Obvioulsy no reply there !

2. Will they dhl a new sim card overesas at my expense?

If calling is not an option you can reach O2 through social media:

Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

For security reasons, a new sim will only be sent to your UK registered address. They will not send you a sim overseas.

Thanks but that doesnt work either. I tried  fb and the messeneger robot (again no people) simply refers you back to phone numbers.

When it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
Best time to call is 8 am.
