E mail hacked would changing my e mail and sim card sort this ou?

My phone has been hacked ked, would changing my sim and number plus my mail sort this out, and how could I check if they do have these things.

@Carrot If you still have access to your email account, change your password. Try to make it as difficult as possible. In fact, change all your passwords for everything. Use a password manager to help you. There are free ones and also ones that aren't too expensive.
