I just changed phones and tried to shift my e sim to the new one. I received a message that my SIM is no longer supported and that is does not support E Sim transfer. Pls advise how to go about solving this issue.

@Esimtransfer

You need a new esim pack to move to another phone.

Call into any O2 store with ID or check in your MyO2 as if on the new billing system you can do it in there.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

You need to request a new esim pack from o2, as eSim transfer is not supported (by many none US networks to be fair).

Your best option is to pop to an o2 store with Photo ID , and they can deal with it there and then.
Or call o2 on 0344 809 0202 and request a new sim pack.

No, as I am currently outside the UK. Any solution to this?

Unless you see eSIM as an option in your My O2 (some have this if they're on the new billing platform), then I don't believe you'll have any options while outside the UK. Unless someone can mail you the pack that would be sent to your home address.

@MI5 any thoughts on other options?
